Makeup to match a dress! HELP!!!!?

My dress is a royal blue, satan, long evening dress. Nearly open back with beaded strings.

I don't know what kind of makeup to do. For a start I don't know a lot about makeup.

I have blonde hair and greeny-blue eyes, averagely light complexion.

I want to look really great and sexy and also stand out from the crowd. It is for a Graduation Ball.

Please Help.

i think that you should have a nice smokey eyes with black and gray eye shadow and black eyeliner

you should probably do black liner and black mascara with a blue eye shadow that matches the dress...or at least close to the dress color

if you want to you could get silver eye liner and put it on the inside corners of your eyes

or silver eye shadow at the crease or inner part of the eyes for fun

but definetly dont overdo it. you don't want to make it look to extravagent.

do a pink lip gloss, light pink and shiny...or a clear lip gloss. nothing like a red. i think it'd be a little too bold, unless it had a little shine to it and it wasnt too harsh

i dont know if this helps, but im sure whatever you do will look fine
