Where can I find a great prom dress that's elegant with out breaking my budget?

I only have about $200 to pay for all of my prom stuff including dress, shoes, hair, nails, makeup, jewelry, and lingere. Please Help!!! Also, where can I find sexy lingere that'll fit in my budget?

Hmmm...I'd say about 100$ for the dress,50 for the hair,nails,and makeup,and shoes.( you can always do these at home),and 50$ for the jewelry and lingerie.

Now for jewelry,you can get really nice jewelry for lower prices at places like Claire's and still look super elegant!!Spend about 10 dollars if you want good lingerie. Spend 20 if you want average lingerie.

Last year I got my dress for $11! It was to big and I had to have it re-sized but really I only spent about $100 for everything. I got my dress from DEB...It was last seasons but they had the same one in the new season so I didn't see to much difference. I got my shoes from Fashion Bug. I got fake nails that look pretty real. Their called "Broadway Real Life French Nail Kit" I did my own makeup and I had my friend do my hair. I used jewelry that I already had but after only spending like $45 on both my dress and my shoes I'm sure I could have bought something. As for lingere...I would say go to like Fashion Bug sometimes they have cute stuff!
