I'm pretty sure that jcpenny's carries school uniform things. That or maybe try sears. And for your hair, it would look really cute if you used a curling iron and made little ringlets. Just seperate your hair into tiny sections and curl them with an iron that's about a 1/2 in diameter, and use hairspray so they stay tight. Don't brush them out or anything after. Just rock the little girl curls! Good luck!

a cheap place for ties...look in good ole wally world (wal-mart to the great unwashed) check the boy's dress section.

Just go to a local charity shop as they may have a good selection of some novelty older style type that would suit better. Usually cheap too.

you could just try making a tie. i recomend joans fabrics for cloth.

for your hair you could striaten it and do pigtale braids.

I know a lot of people have already said it, but places like Wal-Mart, Target, and even Dillard's and JcPenney's have school uniforms, so you cuold easily go to the kids section and find a really inexpensive tie that would work. If you can't find that, then just the dress/formal area in the kids section should have one.

For your hair...you could straighten it out really straight and leave it like that or put it up in hot rollars to give it big waves then sorta tease them up to make sort of a bed head look.
