Keep it long. My husband had long hair years ago and looked great. Now it he has it very short but he is almost 50 now. So keep it long when your young.

I'd have to see what you look like. Some guys look better with long hair than others. Whether or not you want to cut it is up to you,though. Is it becoming too much of a pain to maintain? Would you regret cutting it after how long it took to grow it? If you want to cut it,maybe you should try going chin-length (like the cartoon guy on your avatar thingy) first before you make a drastic decision to cut or shave it all off,or anything. That way, there's less chance of regret and your friends/family will still recognize you:P

My ex was very similar to Anthony Kiedis From the Red Hot Chili Peppers when his hair was really long in the 1990's. I loved his long hair at times i was jealous as it was so healthy!

Out of boredom he cut it into a Mohawk! It looked ok but was such a dramatic change and it had taken him ages to grow. He spent his time looking at other guys with long hair and feeling mad. Long hair was the 1st thing that made me notice him since we split he has decided to grow his again!

Have a flick through Magazines think of famous guy or soap characters with long hair and get a new style in between long and short something trendy since you are going to a trendy salon. The stylist if you ask would be happy to go through ideas with you before they start cutting away

If you go mid length you can try it and if you like it you can keep it.
