As for me I have only two good friends and I dont party because my parents wont allow it. Catholics. As for me i am vert shy and always busy. I can never find the right oppurtune moment to talk to her, (or any girl in my life ever) when it looks like other guys want to hit on her.

this always works for me try to be funny to her. here`s a line to make her laugh so you can get closer to her. ask her this: can i borrow ya phone number cause i lost mines? it will make her laugh. she might even give it to u.

I would say the best way to do that is become her friend. See what she likes (which you seem to be doing) and try to get in to it. Since you put that she likes to text , maybe you could text her. By what you put, she seems to be fine with having boys as friends, though it might be akward at first to you. If you spend time with her as a friend, it may end up that you both feel the same way.

Well..it's sweet that you want to talk to her, and that you obviously pay attenion to her.

Maybe you should just say hey, or talk to one of her friends you feel comfortable with.

Just hang out with at least just at least *one* friend of her's and if the friend mentions you to her, she's more than likely to notice you.

And even though you're really busy, make time, the hardest part of anything, is making it work, quitting is the easiest thing.
