I dont think its slutty, but I seriously saw about 10 girls wearing that same outfit last year and more the year before. Its played out, if you want to be Rainbow Brite try to make your own costume from colthing that looks like hers, dont be a pre-packaged rainbow brite, that sort of thing is so commercial and tired.
